Quantum Project Manager

hirify.global Technologies develops a full-stack quantum software platform, including an IDE, high-level language, compiler, and operating system for designing, compiling, and running quantum algorithms.

What you will do

• Define goals, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and delivery plans for multiple quantum applications and IT projects.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, implementation, acceptance, and deployment.
• Establish project governance and manage Gantt charts, milestone tracking, risk registers, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate the Country Manager, regional and local technical teams, product and R&D teams, project management teams, partners, and customers.
• Provide project updates, reporting, and technical demonstrations to leadership, partners, and customers.
• Monitor project KPIs and represent project work at industry events, workshops, and academic venues.

Requirements

• Native-level Korean and professional fluency in English for communication with local customers and global teams.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience in high-tech or deep-tech environments.
• Understanding of quantum computing, or strong motivation and ability to learn quantum computing algorithms.
• Experience working with research or software teams and public/private partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Quantum Computing or a related discipline.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar principles for software development projects.
