What you will do

• Manage industrial engineering requirements for assigned process modules or projects and coordinate with engineering disciplines and operations.
• Establish and maintain production tool capacity models and ensure the accuracy of inputs used for factory-level capacity planning.
• Monitor tool performance, drive availability and UPH gap closure, and coordinate improvement plans with tool owners and manufacturing teams.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives and support short- and long-term capacity expansion commitments.
• Coordinate new tool installation and qualification timelines, capacity assessments for change requests, and specification documentation audits.
• Automate factory data extraction, preparation, analysis, and reporting while developing mathematical models for tool performance prediction and management.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing or semiconductor production environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain production tool capacity models and analyze tool performance.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, tool owners, and global teams.
• Ability to manage installation, qualification, continuous improvement, and capacity expansion activities.
