Manufacturing Internship Program (Advanced Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore; onsite reporting locations are Changi and Tampines

What you will do

• Support manufacturing operations, automation, process improvement, and smart factory initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and productivity opportunities.
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and document project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Engineering degree at a local university in Singapore, such as Materials, Computer, Electronics/Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• The internship must be mandatory or credit-bearing and supported by a valid university internship support letter.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 20 weeks between January and June 2027.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
