Manufacturing Internship Program (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; reporting location: Changi. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Support manufacturing operations, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and productivity opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to smart factory, digitalization, and automation projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations stakeholders, while documenting project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at a local university in Singapore.
• The internship must be mandatory or credit-bearing as part of the academic curriculum.
• A valid internship support letter from the university is required for onboarding.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 20 weeks between January and June 2027.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
