Industrial Services LDAR Supervisor (Industrial Services)

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, with work performed from home and at customer locations; regional travel required 50% of the time.

Salary: $40.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise two or more crews, assign work, provide direction and feedback, and enforce company and client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate jobs, crew dispatch, customer updates, service documentation, and operational paperwork.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, correct safety or productivity deficiencies, and perform preventative or corrective maintenance when required.
• Train technicians and operators in equipment operation, service-line procedures, safety practices, and documentation.
• Operate and oversee chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, and vacuum equipment.
• Coordinate load weights, waste manifests, TSDF pit loads, roll-off logistics, inspections, and water or oil removal activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial cleaning; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated people-management skills and strong knowledge of industrial service-line equipment.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel skills; experience with Win Web is required.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company driving policy; OSHA certification may be required.
• RCRA certificates and a TWIC credential are required, or the ability to obtain TWIC.

Nice to have

• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience.
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certifications.
• Microsoft Access experience.
