Scenario Supply Planning AI Lead

What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain reusable capacity-planning scenarios for recurring supply chain problems.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured what-if analyses with clear assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Evaluate trade-offs across service, cost, utilization, inventory, and operational risk.
• Develop decision-ready recommendations supported by evidence, sensitivity analysis, and quantified business impact.
• Support planning decisions during capacity disruptions, supply constraints, demand changes, new product introductions, and strategic planning exercises.
• Improve scenario templates, analytical workflows, and planner productivity through enterprise AI tools, automation, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, SIOP/IBP, operations analytics, inventory management, or planning technology.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply planning, Global Supply Chain Planning, and S&OP/S&OE.
• Experience working with large datasets, planning systems, ERP data, forecasting outputs, or supply chain performance metrics.
• Ability to create capacity scenario analyses, what-if simulations, decision recommendation packs, executive-ready summaries, and scenario comparison dashboards.
