Supply Inventory Planning Analyst (SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro)

Location: Singapore. Hybrid work policy with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Analyze data and perform data integrity checks across planning systems.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation through first-pass testing, defect management, and cutover readiness activities.
• Maintain Kinaxis Maestro documentation and follow up on issues and testing during system stabilization.
• Support supply planning operations, including global cross-flow manual order placement and tracking.
• Provide analytical support for inventory optimization, data hygiene, and data cleanup.
• Document new processes, system procedures, and process setups.

Requirements

• Background in supply planning, inventory management, and data analytics.
• Experience with first-pass SAP S/4HANA testing, issue management, and change management.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with process documentation and standardization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with systems, business, and operational stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, supply inventory planning, demand planning, system and process transformation, or project management.
• Education in business studies, business administration, computer science, or engineering.
• Experience presenting and analyzing data with advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with ERP planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis.
