Capacity Planner (Hardware)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Model IT and hardware capacity requirements across the entire pipeline.
• Reconcile demand against orders, inventory, and lead times to identify potential schedule gaps.
• Build and maintain automated capacity planning views for procurement teams.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure site energization timelines.
• Translate complex data analysis into actionable procurement and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capacity, demand, or supply planning for hardware-heavy operations.
• Strong proficiency in building models using SQL or advanced spreadsheets.
• Ability to reconcile complex data sets and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Experience automating data refreshes and reporting processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or hardware supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Python.
• Background in advanced forecasting methods.
