Lead Crypto Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote-first; Europe preferred to align with core team working hours

What you will do

• Package, articulate, and scale the value proposition of the Crypto Transaction Monitoring product to unlock market potential.
• Execute strategic Travel Rule product launches for complex, non-standardized cross-jurisdictional client needs.
• Own the decentralized strategy covering DeFi and non-custodial wallet interactions.
• Build an executable Web3 roadmap from scratch where no established playbook exists.
• Work with engineering, business development, marketing, and leadership to align teams and ship features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of blockchain transaction flows, smart contracts, AML/KYT, and on-chain intelligence.
• Experience with blockchain analytics, transaction investigation or clustering tools, or privacy and mixing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, rule engines, and third-party integrations.
• Proactive ownership, high energy, strong execution, and the ability to create clarity in an ambiguous market.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Travel Rule, KYT, or dApp integrations.
• A strong network across crypto partners and protocols.
