What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer relationships and operational readiness across assigned accounts.
- Diagnose complex hardware-software issues, perform advanced repairs, and lead technical execution at customer sites.
- Plan and manage site visits across multiple accounts, adapting execution to changing field conditions.
- Deliver customer and internal training on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Translate field observations, account risks, and system performance trends into actionable feedback for engineering, product, and program teams.
- Mentor junior field service colleagues and champion process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field service or a customer-facing technical role supporting integrated hardware-software products.
- Expert ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware-software issues independently.
- Proven experience owning customer relationships and delivering results with independent judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including internationally and to hazard zones.
Nice to have
- Degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience mentoring junior field service staff.
- Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or defense-related platforms.
- Familiarity with military or government customer environments.
