Test Automation Engineer (SAP/Tosca)

Location: Remote role associated with Atlanta, United States; preference for Mountain Time hours

Base compensation: $68,911–$161,544 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Tricentis Tosca automation for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets.
• Automate critical SAP and enterprise business workflows, including complex end-to-end scenarios.
• Execute test suites, analyze results, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate SAP integrations.
• Track, triage, and manage defects while maintaining test documentation and traceability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering and software testing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing automated test solutions with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience testing SAP applications in at least one functional area: Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Plan-to-Stock.
• Strong knowledge of integration testing and end-to-end business process validation.
• Experience with data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks, plus strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a preference for Mountain Time hours.

Nice to have

• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise application integration, Agile delivery, or test management tools.
