Test Automation Engineer (Technology) (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated functional, regression, and integration test suites using Robot Framework and Python.
• Write reusable Python scripts and custom Robot Framework libraries for complex automation requirements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate test creation and improve test intelligence.
• Translate requirements into maintainable automated test cases in collaboration with developers, product owners, and QA engineers.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and analyse results to identify and resolve recurring failures.
• Research emerging testing frameworks and AI-driven testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Robot Framework and Python, including custom library development.
• Understanding of software testing principles, test design, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative agile software development environments.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive communication style and interest in continuous learning.
