Lead, Field Applications (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide marketing and technical solutions to semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and material suppliers.
• Support prototype and derivative liquid filtration and purification products in established and new applications.
• Promote products for fab applications focused on defect reduction, productivity, product quality, and manufacturing yield.
• Identify technical mechanisms and solutions for fabs and chemical suppliers using appropriate products.
• Collaborate with account management, applications, quality engineering, business units, and product management teams.
• Support business development, market share analysis, technical documentation, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with semiconductor engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty WEC, photo track, CMP, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wet etch clean, photolithography, and CMP-related defect reduction and yield improvement.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required for conversation, presentations, and written reports.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments, workforce dynamics, and customer needs.
