TL;DR
Senior Sales Engineer (AI) (Generative AI/ML): Delivering end-to-end Generative and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, from problem definition and data preparation through deployment and monitoring, with an accent on LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and predictive AI. Focus on designing scalable enterprise architectures, integrating MLOps and production workflows, and translating complex AI capabilities into business impact for customer stakeholders.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. Hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end Generative and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, covering problem definition, data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build custom AI/ML agents and applications using the H2O AI stack and design industry-specific use cases.
- Support LLM selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and scalable GenAI/RAG pipeline development.
- Design enterprise-grade architectures across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, networking, security, IAM, data, and application environments.
- Define deployment patterns with platform, DevOps, MLOps, and infrastructure teams, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and model promotion workflows.
- Run customer training, workshops, hackathons, boot camps, and enablement programs while translating technical results into business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI delivering enterprise projects.
- Strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, LLMOps, guardrails, and custom LLM solutions.
- Experience with predictive AI algorithms, NLP, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and related machine learning methods.
- Proficiency in Python and standard data science and machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with H2O products or comparable AI/ML platforms, plus familiarity with MLOps and production monitoring tools such as H2O MLOps or MLflow.
- Strong solution design, sizing, customer communication, training, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience building industry-specific AI/ML agents and Generative AI applications.
- AI thought leadership through blogs, talks, or open-source contributions.
- Experience running enterprise AI hackathons, boot camps, or innovation workshops.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI security, governance, scalability, and compliance.
