What you will do
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Champion capabilities including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform Copilot Studio.
- Implement and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, context-aware AI interactions.
- Oversee end-to-end AI development and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices.
- Manage production operations, including monitoring, incident response, and change management.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI architecture and development using Microsoft technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
- Expertise with Azure AI services like OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning.
- Solid programming skills in Python with familiarity in key ML and data science libraries.
- Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Experience with C# / .NET, TypeScript / JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Azure Data Scientist.
