What you will do

• Design and execute evaluation frameworks for AI/ML systems including metrics, latency, and cost analysis.
• Architect and develop scalable AI services, benchmarking tools, and RAG pipelines.
• Optimize GenAI-driven systems for real-world production performance and reliability.
• Partner with product teams to define success criteria and assess technical feasibility.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns while documenting and communicating technical concepts.
• Lead market scanning and exploration of emerging AI and agentic tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning Engineering, or AI Systems Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI in production.
• Proven ability to deploy AI workloads on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must be able to work from the Singapore office with occasional travel for business purposes.
