What you will do

• Plan and implement strategic projects in close collaboration with the co-founders.
• Analyze target markets, competitors, and products to develop strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate potential product partners, inbound partnership requests, and product benefits.
• Help professionalize internal processes and system landscapes to improve efficiency.
• Identify and assess opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core business and operational processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, physics, mathematics, or a related field at a top-tier business school or similarly competitive institution.
• Experience in project management or operations, ideally in a startup, consulting firm, or comparable dynamic environment.
• Structured, organized, independent, adaptable, and execution-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong proficiency in common office software.
• Excellent German and English communication skills required.
