Process Support Engineer-Display-PVD-Guangzhou (PVD)

Location: Guangzhou, China; travel required 75% of the time; relocation eligible

What you will do

• Support customers through on-site installations, system diagnoses, servicing, and repair of complex equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to develop advanced processes for semiconductor and display manufacturing.
• Create hypotheses and design experiments, including design of experiments (DOE), to investigate challenging process engineering problems.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and prepare reports with high-level conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex process and customer product issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement solutions.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve technical goals and build trusted relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication or equipment industry.
• English communication proficiency required.
