Implementation Consultant (Autodesk AEC)

What you will do

• Analyze customer workflows, processes, business goals, and project requirements.
• Lead implementation consulting engagements and define new workflows and detailed use cases.
• Configure hirify.global AEC solutions, including BIM 360, Forma, Construction Management, Cost Management, Revit, and related products.
• Define customer data and standards migration approaches and document implementation engagements.
• Coach and mentor customers and partners through change management, adoption, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, sales, and internal consulting groups to resolve technical issues and support proposals and scopes of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 10 years.
• Experience with construction project management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products such as Revit, BIM 360, Forma, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Cost Management, and Power BI.
• Industry experience in infrastructure, building, or construction, including electronic document management systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Construction Cloud, BIM 360, BuildingConnected, or other hirify.global products.
• Construction experience with general contractor or subcontractor projects, including onsite processes.
• Experience in consulting, client solutions, services, or a similar field.
• Advanced degree such as an MS or PhD.
