Location: Office-based in Noida, India

hirify.global provides a front-to-back-office asset management platform covering portfolio and order management, performance, risk, and investment accounting.

What you will do

• Work with R&D, Delivery, DevOps, and business experts on the functional evolution and quality of the software package.
• Write functional specifications and participate in project scoping.
• Organize and participate in software testing campaigns.
• Create documentation, provide consulting, and train business teams.
• Configure reports, controls, data transfers, and business data validation processes.
• Deliver implementation projects and short-term client engagements, often at customer premises and in direct contact with asset management professionals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional experience in market finance, including internship or apprenticeship experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including VBA.
• Fluent English required.
• Rigorous, creative, proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and skilled in interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work from the Noida office and visit customer premises when required.

Nice to have

• French or another European language.
