Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with customer relationships and business needs.
• Ability to support onboarding, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Strategic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills.
