Senior Data Developer (C#)

Location: Remote from Poland

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Translate business and technical requirements into efficient, scalable implementations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data transformation processes.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues while contributing to performance improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with software developers, regulatory analysts, and product teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Participate in estimation, planning, testing, deployment, and the evolution of large-scale regulatory data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and supporting data-centric applications and working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data technologies and data management practices.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Oracle Database, and Git.
• Experience writing technical specifications and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory, chemical, environmental, or product stewardship domains.
• Experience working with multilingual datasets.
