Location: Remote within the United States; the role may be performed from anywhere in the country, with hybrid hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago for applicable roles.
Annual base pay: $122,000–$155,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City; $106,000–$135,000 in all other US locations.

What you will do
- Manage analytics projects end to end, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
- Translate ambiguous healthcare business questions into structured data analysis projects.
- Interpret data and statistical questions and deliver insights for healthcare clients.
- Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables.
- Act as the primary client contact, monitor project performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute thought leadership in healthcare analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, including delivery of analytics solutions to clients.
- Strong project management skills, including cross-functional leadership and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work from within the United States.
Nice to have
- Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR.
- Advanced analytics experience, including predictive modeling, machine learning, or data visualization.
