hirify.global's Product Engineering organization develops backend services and mobile applications for multiple markets.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and suites for microservices and mobile applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD, regression, release, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Build test tools for payment providers, vendors, SMS and email platforms, analytics systems, and other third-party integrations.
• Partner with engineering, product, SDE/QA, and cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and define quality strategies.
• Review and improve test frameworks, tooling, and quality engineering processes.
• Use AI-powered tools and agents for test design, automation development, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building test tools and frameworks with Groovy, Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools and Linux or macOS.
• Experience with BDD testing and frameworks such as Spock, JBehave, or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of microservices and test automation, plus experience in Agile development using Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or another version control system.
• Experience with REST APIs, contract testing, and service integration testing is preferred.
