Commercial Operations Senior Associate

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the business value roadmap, track key metrics, and drive high-impact opportunities through execution.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to understand client priorities, renewal drivers, and the value narrative.
• Work with Product to design experiments and identify features that improve client outcomes.
• Coordinate forums and workshops across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
• Build repeatable value frameworks, ROI assets, measurement practices, and reporting for commercial operations.
• Drive strategic priorities, experimentation, goal tracking, cross-functional initiatives, and AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similarly structured, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects and stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive approach with experience building initiatives from scratch.
• Experience designing experiments, analyzing imperfect data, and drawing defensible conclusions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex frameworks into action.
• Bachelor’s degree, experience with product or tech teams, cross-functional programs, AI, data, analytics tools, or measurement frameworks is preferred.
