Associate Director, Sales (Tech & Durables)

What you will do

• Drive country sales targets for retail audits and digital ad hoc solutions focused on point-of-sale data.
• Manage new and existing client accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and identify growth opportunities in the Tech & Durables industry.
• Analyze and present market data and findings to create additional sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain C-suite engagement to support upselling.
• Identify client problems and propose proactive, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• More than 6 years of work experience with proven sales results.
• Strong business development track record in complex data environments and consultancy.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, manage forecasts and pipelines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient English required; knowledge of an Asian language is an advantage.
