Product Manager - Swift (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Own a product area within hirify.global Direct’s Currencycloud product, from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration.
• Develop product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritized backlog, and detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead customer discovery and research across market, competitors, technology, payment flows, banking processes, and operational systems.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to build, launch, and improve features.
• Prioritize work across one or more Scrum teams and communicate context, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
• Measure product performance, adoption, and customer impact to decide what to improve, scale, or stop.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• At least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in software-first fintech or technology environments.
• Experience owning products or major initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong prioritization, backlog management, analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban across one or two teams.
• Preferred domain knowledge in payments, foreign exchange, transaction banking, or trading.
