Product Manager - Platform (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based out of the Bengaluru office, India

What you will do

• Drive technical products, coordinate cross-functional work, manage complex project schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery.
• Develop and own the integration strategy and roadmap for customers in the IT service management domain.
• Research customer problems through data and conversations, then define effective problems and solutions with the team.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to communicate user needs and support strong product decisions.
• Work with sales and marketing to craft product messaging and communicate product value.
• Own product quality for assigned areas and support high-quality releases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in ITSM or related enterprise software.
• Proven experience managing product integrations, APIs, or third-party software ecosystems.
• Experience with integration platforms, API management, and data synchronization between enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and HRMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Passion for end-user experience and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, including documenting and presenting design ideas effectively.
