Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead automation and platform initiatives that improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and infrastructure scalability.
• Own end-to-end technical product management across Engineering, Product, AI, and Operations.
• Translate technical and business requirements into execution plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Build program reviews, dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences to improve delivery visibility and predictability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, remove blockers, make trade-offs, and maintain delivery quality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineering Product Manager, or in a similar execution-focused technology role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritization, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across technical and business teams.
