Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead automation and platform initiatives that improve system reliability, operational efficiency and infrastructure scalability.
• Own end-to-end technical product management across Engineering, Product, AI and Operations.
• Translate technical and business requirements into execution plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Build program reviews, dashboards, metrics and operating cadences to improve delivery visibility and predictability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, remove blockers and make trade-offs while maintaining delivery quality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineering Product Manager or in a similar execution-focused role at a technology company.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented and comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritisation, outcome measurement and execution improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work on-site at the Delhi HQ.
