Senior Product Manager, Integration Ecosystem (AI)

What you will do

• Own the integration ecosystem across more than fifty customer-feedback sources and prioritize new integrations based on revenue impact and error frequency.
• Define, instrument, and improve ingestion metrics covering completeness, latency, and error rates.
• Own the setup and management experience, including source connection, ingestion scoping, filters, backfill windows, previews, and ongoing administration.
• Define integration-specific error taxonomies, determine customer-facing failures, and launch proactive issue notifications.
• Build an agent-first setup experience that inspects customer sources, proposes configurations, and enables customer confirmation.

Requirements

• Direct product ownership of integrations, connectors, data ingestion, or API products on technical B2B platforms.
• Experience managing API deprecations, authentication migrations, breaking version upgrades, and ongoing platform changes.
• Strong understanding of authentication flows, webhooks, rate limits, pagination, and API deprecation cycles.
• Experience defining and instrumenting reliability and user-experience metrics and improving their outcomes.
• Comfort operating in an AI-first environment and evaluating where AI should replace or augment existing workflows.
