What you will do

• Acquire new institutional clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends, competitors, and product developments.
• Share client feedback with product development and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Prepare sales performance and market insight reports for management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in crypto derivatives and options sales.
• Proven relationships with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A robust existing client book ready for onboarding.
