Product Manager - Transaction (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive strategy, development, and execution for core financial and credit products.
• Formulate data-backed hypotheses, design A/B tests, and evaluate MVPs to validate user value propositions.
• Make data-driven feature decisions by balancing customer needs, business goals, revenue, cost, and implementation trade-offs.
• Create detailed product requirement documents and map complex user flows, including edge cases and multiple decision paths.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, product analytics, and business stakeholders to guide design and technical decisions.
• Lead feature launches, manage timelines and risks, resolve blockers, and prioritize the product bug backlog.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end feature lifecycles, writing clear PRDs, and mapping edge-case user flows.
• Ability to design A/B experiments, analyze product analytics, and prioritize independently using user data and business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and experience aligning Engineering, UX, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of consumer technology, technical architecture trade-offs, and product development processes.
