What you will do
- Help build and manage the editorial calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Develop engaging, potentially viral content concepts and source relevant UGC, videos, and trends.
- Publish and adapt content using platform best practices for formats, timing, hooks, and evolving algorithms.
- Track reach, engagement, watch time, and other content performance metrics.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations on formats, timing, and storytelling angles.
Requirements
- First experience in community management, including an internship or apprenticeship.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram culture, algorithms, and engagement mechanics.
- Strong instinct for viral content and trends, with a proactive and curious approach.
- Ability to organize and manage an editorial calendar and extract insights from performance data.
- Native or bilingual French.
Nice to have
- Comfort with Photoshop and Premiere Pro; After Effects experience is a plus.
- Strong video editing skills, from basic to advanced.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and optimization.
- Strong creative sensitivity for format, rhythm, and storytelling.
