Implementation Lead - Innovation Success (Agentic AI)

Location: Massy, France; hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Deploy product innovations for clients within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate innovations with clients, distinguish product-level from project-level issues, and optimize solutions before broader rollout.
• Lead solution optimization and adoption initiatives to improve implementation quality.
• Develop best practices, internal and partner communications, enablement materials, and client knowledge-base content.
• Propose scalable solutions using hirify.global product and industry expertise while supporting clients and partners during new feature releases.
• Contribute to hirify.global add-ons through high-quality delivery and peer reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management and solution deployment.
• Proven experience in project management and solution implementation, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Understanding of AI agent architectures, including planning, memory, tool usage, workflows, inputs, outputs, and operational deployment considerations.
• Experience integrating specialized tools or APIs with AI agents.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of procurement and supply chain management processes, plus willingness to travel approximately 25%.

• Background in procurement.

• Experience with SQL, IVA Gen AI, hirify.global configuration, and relevant certifications.
