Director, Product - Data Infrastructure (US)

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap for The Machine's core services, data ingestion, query layer, and shared context layer.
• Improve the speed, reliability, and reusability of data pipelines and harmonization across agents and product surfaces.
• Translate broad problem spaces into feature sets, prototypes, experiments, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, AI Architecture, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and guide production decisions.
• Support data-source onboarding, client implementations, pilot launches, and stakeholder communication across Stagwell.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience and a leadership track record with data platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience shipping data- or ML-powered products, including data pipelines, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• AI-native working skills, including building and prototyping with AI tooling.
• Technical fluency in APIs, vector databases, ingestion and ETL, ontology or knowledge-graph concepts, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, multi-tenancy, and access control in enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in ambiguous, fast-iteration environments.
