Test Lead (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Hybrid, open to candidates across Australia, including Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Australian Permanent Residency required.

What you will do

• Lead testing for allocated Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• Author test cases and contribute to test strategies and test plans.
• Design, create, and execute test cases in DevOps.
• Write reproducible defect reports and collaborate with developers on resolutions.
• Mentor testers and promote consistent testing best practices.
• Perform time-boxed regression testing and liaise with development coordinators, product managers, and business analysts.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a Test Lead or Senior Tester role.
• Experience across the full testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• Experience with DevOps and knowledge of PowerApps.
• Agile project delivery experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
