Quality Engineering Analyst (Sentral)

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Salary: AUD 115,000–130,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do

• Design, create, and execute manual and automated test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
• Manage software defects, investigate issues with developers, verify fixes, and track resolution through the defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers in an Agile environment to define testable acceptance criteria and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform technical API and database testing across MSSQL and Cosmos databases to verify end-to-end functionality and data integrity.
• Drive improvements to QA processes, tooling, and testing practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience supporting continuous delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency with .NET, Java, React, MSSQL databases, and Cosmos databases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and CI tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
