Data Analyst - FS

Location: Remote from Bulgaria; working hours are 11:00–19:00, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for study teams and clinical data providers regarding external clinical trial data acquisition and processing.
• Establish and communicate data standards and file-format requirements.
• Process electronic clinical trial data files and load them into clinical data management systems or applicable data repositories.
• Troubleshoot data-processing and data-load errors and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage additional assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or international equivalent; a technical, programming, clinical, or health-related background is preferred.
• 3–5 years of practical experience with EDC products such as Oracle RDC/Inform, Medidata Rave, or DataLabs.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, timely work and maintain positive customer interactions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with electronic data warehousing and data processing.
