Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for Finance stakeholders.
• Build and optimize Power BI semantic models and datasets for financial and operational reporting.
• Analyze large volumes of transactional and player behavior data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop SQL-based datasets and reporting structures to support planning, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and monitoring processes.

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, semantic models, and DAX.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Finance, Controlling, or FP&A functions.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS.
• Proficiency in Python or C#.
• Background in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech data.
