Senior Data Processing Specialist (AI)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office

Salary: EUR 1,950–2,150 per month

What you will do

• Manage and deliver complex market research data processing projects from client materials through final outputs.
• Clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholders, propose technical solutions, and coordinate project delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain data processing solutions using Quantum, Dimensions, SPSS, and related tools.
• Produce and validate data tables, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and output files from multiple data sources.
• Perform advanced statistical calculations, modeling, data analysis, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Coordinate task allocation, guide junior colleagues, support training, and contribute to quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Quantum and Dimensions (TOM).
• Advanced proficiency with data processing and analytical tools such as SPSS, Displayr, Python, R, C, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of data processing, statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and the end-to-end market research data delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with AI tools and prompting techniques for workflow optimization, reporting automation, and process standardization.
• Working knowledge of project management and quality management principles, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics; English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
