TL;DR
Data Production Specialist (Big Data): Producing regular and ad hoc data deliveries for multiple products and countries using big data tools and predefined processing procedures with an accent on workflow configuration, data integrity, and quality control. Focus on monitoring processing workflows, investigating data issues, and collaborating with global operations, technology, and product teams.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work model with part of the week from home and part from the office.
Salary: EUR 1,500–1,800 monthly.

What you will do
- Execute predefined data-processing procedures using proprietary tools and big data technologies.
- Configure workflows for different countries, products, and panels.
- Monitor incoming data and verify integrity before processing and delivery.
- Escalate data-quality issues and support investigations.
- Collaborate with global operations, technology, and product teams.
- Document processes, support junior colleagues, and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with and managing large datasets.
- Advanced MS Excel or similar-tool skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL querying.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language.
- Understanding of statistics or big data.
