Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through phone calls, SMS, and LINE Official Account across multiple roles.
• Screen and engage applicants while meeting a 24-hour apply-to-contact SLA and daily screening, conversion, and intake targets.
• Log candidate statuses, contact history, and screening outcomes in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
• Confirm daily shift schedules and availability for more than 500 helpers across Taiwan locations.
• Escalate candidate objections, drop-off reasons, and market feedback to the Recruiting Manager during daily operational syncs.

Requirements

• Mandarin communication skills for candidate engagement and screening.
• Hands-on experience with LINE Official Account, SMS tools, and phone outreach.
• Fluency in Google Sheets, including data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and collaborative tracking.
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with daily contacting quotas.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing high candidate volumes.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to provide 7-day coverage for helper confirmations.
