What you will do

• Lead design for strategic, complex, and high-impact customer experiences across multiple product areas.
• Shape end-to-end customer journeys connecting user needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Define creative direction and improve design quality across the wider product experience.
• Use customer insight, research, data, and commercial understanding to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, Commercial, and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor designers, provide critique, and evolve hirify.global's scalable design system.

Requirements

• Proven experience solving large, ambiguous product challenges with measurable customer and commercial impact.
• Exceptional craft across interaction design, visual design, information architecture, prototyping, and end-to-end journey design.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-framing, storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills.
• High proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
• Experience designing scalable, accessible experiences across web and native applications.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through evidence.
