Production Associate, Halftime/Fast Money - CNBC

Location: Onsite at CNBC Headquarters, 900 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Salary: USD 26–28 per hour

What you will do

• Assist producers with story production and pre-interviews.
• Research background information for business and financial news stories using online and print sources.
• Coordinate production requests, feeds, Zooms, and schedules.
• Collaborate with technical operations, publicity, promotions, marketing, digital, and other departments.

Requirements

• BA degree in journalism, business, or an equivalent field.
• At least one year of production experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to make quick editorial decisions and remain calm under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with content systems, especially iNews.
• Interest or proficiency in social media.
• Experience working in live television.
• Knowledge of business news.
