hirify.global is hiring for a cloud migration engineering role focused on AWS, Azure, VMware, and Microsoft infrastructure.

What you will do

• Migrate VMware-hosted workloads to AWS and Azure.
• Plan migration architectures and perform workload discovery and assessment.
• Build and automate AWS environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute migration testing, validation, cutovers, and post-migration support.
• Administer Windows Server, VMware vSphere, and vCenter environments.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with large-scale cloud migration activities.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PowerShell, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Practical AWS experience with EC2, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, FSx, Application Migration Service, RDS, S3, EBS, and Security Groups.
• Practical Azure experience with Virtual Machines, Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter administration, including VMware-to-AWS and VMware-to-Azure migrations.
• Applicants must provide details of three relevant VMware-to-cloud migration projects, AWS automation and IaC examples, Windows Server experience, and relevant certifications.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• VMware Certified Professional certification.
