Business Lending Operations Specialist with English

What you will do

• Prepare, monitor, and manage business credit contracts and draft related collateral documents.
• Handle administrative requests during the term of professional credit contracts.
• Process credit and collateral data accurately and on time.
• Respond to non-standard customer requests and support business lending customers.
• Work independently, take responsibility, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, products, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Positive, proactive, precise, and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with short deadlines and within a changing, complex environment.
• Commercial mindset, entrepreneurial approach, and willingness to learn company-specific processes and products.
• Willingness to obtain the necessary legal certifications.
• Excellent command of English and willingness to work extended opening hours from 08:00 to 18:00.
