Accounts Receivable Cash Application Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based at the office in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Identify, allocate, post, and distribute customer payments accurately and within required time frames.
• Manage bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow transactions.
• Generate periodic account statements and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities and enquiries while supporting general financial management and analysis.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to prioritize, manage expectations, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and clear, efficient communication skills.
• Mathematical background.
• Experience with cash applications, bank reconciliations, and payment processing is advantageous.
