AML Analyst Specialist - Regulatory Compliance&MLRO (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor complex legal and regulatory requirements, emerging threats, and industry trends, escalating relevant risks to management.
• Conduct complex compliance assessments and validation activities, identifying gaps and managing policy exceptions.
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to resolve non-compliance issues and improve procedures and GRC tools.
• Create complex reports, present findings to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Lead complex compliance projects and develop solutions to strengthen risk management practices.
• Liaise with technical teams to communicate and prioritize compliance and operational assurance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Degree or relevant experience in business, criminal justice, MIS, information security, or a related field.
• Experience resolving complex compliance, regulatory, and risk management issues using professional judgment.
• Ability to evaluate complex data and situations, determine appropriate methods, and coordinate the work of other personnel.
• Strong reporting, training, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• CCEP, CAMS, or CISSP certification.
• Background in business, criminal justice, information security, risk management, or MIS.
