Finance Manager – Technology (Fintech) (FP&A and financial systems): Managing reporting, forecasting, Capex planning, and performance analysis for technology engineering and infrastructure organizations with an accent on multi-currency financial control, monthly close, and strategic planning. Focus on consolidating forecasts, improving reporting systems, and analyzing large datasets across international technology teams.
Location: Hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at 3rd Emile Zola Street

What you will do
- Manage FP&A activities for BTCS Technology, covering Engineering and Infrastructure.
- Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, analysis, and commentary for the CTO and technology leadership.
- Own Technology Capex reporting across actuals, forecasts, strategic planning, and operating planning.
- Partner with Financial Accounting, Revenue Management, GTO Technology, and Business Financial Analysts to support accurate monthly close and consolidated results.
- Oversee technology deferrable projects and contribute to transformative finance initiatives, including GL structure rollout, AWS reporting, and headcount alignment.
- Support reporting-system and process improvements through international projects with colleagues across multiple business units.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in an international, multi-currency environment, preferably in fintech.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong English communication is required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, prioritization, and process-improvement skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues in Cluj and international teams in London, Stockholm, Singapore, France, and the USA.
