Operations Specialist, Private Debt

What you will do

• Maintain, verify, and update data in FinDox, a document aggregation and compliance service.
• Support the timely and accurate delivery of investment materials to customers.
• Establish and improve processes for private debt deal workflows.
• Collaborate with other hirify.global teams to improve cross-functional efficiency and communication.
• Analyze private company data to identify key datapoints.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Web savvy with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment or with time-sensitive activities.
• Legal authorization to work in Romania is required.
