IT Infrastructure Support Site Reliability Engineer II

What you will do

• Establish and monitor SLIs and SLOs for infrastructure tooling, including configuration compliance, patch success, and deployment latency.
• Provide Level 3 incident support, automate remediation workflows, develop runbooks, and lead root cause analyses and blameless postmortems.
• Build automation tools, full-stack applications, plugins, APIs, and workflows for asset management, CMDB, monitoring, ticketing, and device configuration.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and automated drift detection, patching, security baseline enforcement, and compliance auditing for Windows, Linux, network, and physical security devices.
• Implement monitoring agents, centralized logging, dashboards, alerts, custom exporters, and diagnostic tools for cameras, access control systems, Cisco switches, servers, and edge devices.
• Participate in a 24x5 on-call rotation and support infrastructure, security devices, and related tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure automation or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Python, Bash, and PowerShell skills, with Go experience for backend services and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, including configuration management, drift detection, version control, and automated remediation.
• Advanced Linux and Windows administration, Tier 3 troubleshooting, system hardening, and enterprise-scale server management.
• Enterprise networking and Cisco administration experience, including NETCONF/RESTCONF, monitoring, and flow analysis.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, NetBox, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, custom exporters, log parsing, NTP, and clock synchronization.
